MIGEPROF outgoing PS hands over to the incoming Acting PS

Kigali-26 August 2019-The handover ceremony took place on Friday, 23rd August 2019 in MIGEPROF offices. The newly-elected Kigali City Vice Mayor in Charge of Socio-Economic Affairs Mrs. UMUTONI GATSINZI Nadine handed over to the Acting Permanent Secretary Mr. MURWANYASHYAKA Theophile.

The event was witnessed by Amb. NYIRAHABIMANA Soline, Minister of Gender and Family Promotion, Senior Managers and staff from Gender Machinery Institutions.

Amb. Nyirahabimana Soline congratulated Mrs. UMUTONI and commended her for the commitment and dedication during her tenure at MIGEPROF for the past three years. The Minister added that there will be continued collaboration between MIGEPROF and the City of Kigali in building a safe family.

Mrs. UMUTONI GATSINZI Nadine has served as the Permanent Secretary for MIGEPROF since April 2016. She was elected on 17 August to become the Vice Mayor in Charge of Socio-Economic Affairs for Kigali City.
